Overview
Recomposer automatically deactivates Client Accounts after 30 days without any access/use* of the Account.
* Any attempted loading of any page of the Client Account, by any user counts as ‘use’ of the account and resets the auto-deactivation counter. Do not rely on auto-deactivation to deactivate Client accounts. Always manually deactivate Clients to prevent further charges.
Changing the Auto-Deactivation Period
On your ‘My Profile’ page, you can change the number of days for auto-deactivation to any value (from 1 to 99).
